Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a part-time Senior Client-Side Project Manager to oversee a SaaS implementation and Oracle NetSuite integration. This remote, contract role involves coordinating internal resources, managing risks, and supporting readiness through go-live.

Excellent governance and stakeholder management are essential for success, with W2 benefits offered for eligible consultants. The position requires part-time availability to oversee governance, data migration, UAT, and post-go-live

Qualifications

• Proven success as a client-side project manager for SaaS implementations with ERP integrations.
• Experience overseeing data migrations with complex historical records.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive timely decisions.
• Strong risk management, issue resolution, and executive reporting.
• UAT coordination, training readiness, and go-live planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance and vendor oversight with plans, milestones, and status; prepare concise executive reports.
• Coordinate with VP sponsor, project lead, and SMEs to secure timely reviews and approvals.
• Oversee legacy data migration scope, validation, reconciliation plans, and exception handling.
• Coordinate NetSuite integration activities across finance/IT, external vendors, and services.
• Plan client participation in UAT, defect prioritization, training, and readiness.
• Support go-live and stabilization; track issues and coordinate handover and closeout.
• Produce governance artifacts aligned to project milestones.
