Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Client-Side Project Manager for a part-time, remote contract engagement. You will oversee a SaaS implementation and Oracle NetSuite integration, representing the client, providing vendor oversight, coordinating resources, and guiding business readiness through go-live and stabilization.

You will manage governance artifacts, risk logs, and executive reporting, coordinate with the VP sponsor and SMEs, oversee data migration scope, NetSuite interface decisions,

Qualifications

• Proven success as a client-side project manager for SaaS implementations with ERP integrations, preferably Oracle NetSuite.
• Experience overseeing data migrations with complex historical records and prior-platform lineage.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, facilitate decisions, and drive timely approvals.
• Strong risk management, issue resolution, and escalation practices with concise executive reporting.
• UAT coordination, training readiness, and cutover/go-live planning experience.
• Familiarity with finance interfaces and acceptance criteria for ERP integrations.
• Part-time availability suitable for ongoing coordination, governance, and milestone oversight.

Responsibilities

• Governance and vendor oversight; review plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks; produce concise executive reports.
• Coordinate with VP sponsor, internal project lead, and SMEs to secure reviews, decisions, and approvals across departments.
• Oversee legacy data migration scope and validation, ensuring records integrity across prior and current migrations.
• Coordinate NetSuite integration activities with client finance/IT, PlotBox, and Oracle services; track decisions and tests.
• Plan client participation in UAT, defect prioritization, training readiness, and go-live readiness.
• Support go-live and stabilization; consolidate readiness findings and inform go/no-go decisions.
• Produce governance artifacts including status, risks, decisions, and integrated trackers.
