Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Client-Side Project Manager for a part-time remote contract role. You will oversee a SaaS implementation and NetSuite integration, representing the client’s interests and providing vendor oversight across internal teams.

The role requires governance, risk management, and tight coordination to support go-live and stabilization, with a flexible part-time schedule and a competitive W2 compensation package.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a client-side project manager for SaaS implementations with ERP integrations, preferably Oracle NetSuite.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, facilitate decisions, and drive timely approvals.
• UAT coordination, training readiness, and cutover/go-live planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance and vendor oversight with plans, milestones, deliverables, risks, and executive reports.
• Coordinate reviews, participation, decisions, and approvals across departments.
• Oversee data migration scope, validation, and reconciliation plans.
• Coordinate NetSuite integration activities across client finance/IT and Oracle services.
• Plan and coordinate client participation in UAT, defect prioritization, and training readiness.
• Support go-live and stabilization, track post-launch issues, and coordinate closeout.
• Produce and maintain governance artifacts aligned to milestones.
