Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a part-time Senior Client-Side Project Manager to oversee a SaaS implementation and Oracle NetSuite integration. This remote contract role involves representing the client, coordinating internal teams, and managing governance through go-live and stabilization.

You’ll oversee data migrations, coordinate NetSuite activities with finance and IT, and drive UAT, training readiness, and issue management to ensure a successful rollout.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a client-side PM for SaaS implementations.
• Experience with ERP integrations, ideally Oracle NetSuite.
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance and vendor oversight by reviewing plans, milestones, deliverables, and risks.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to secure reviews, decisions, and approvals across departments.
• Oversee data migration scope and validation to ensure data integrity of historical and active records.
• Coordinate NetSuite integration activities across client finance/IT, vendors, and services.
• Plan and coordinate client participation in UAT, training readiness, and go-live preparations.
• Support go-live and stabilization with readiness findings and post-launch issue tracking.
• Maintain governance artifacts, status, risks, and decisions aligned to milestones.
