Job summary

Integrated Design 360 is seeking a Part‑time Project Based - Resilience, Energy, and Innovation Associate (Remote). This remote role pays $30 hourly and targets candidates with 3–4 years of experience in energy efficiency, smart building performance, or environmental consulting.

You will join a boutique firm focusing on resilience, high-performance buildings, and training, with in-house mentorship and hands-on project work. Flexible schedule and PST hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Part-time, project-based, exempt position.
• Must be located within the USA. Willing to work in PST hours.
• 3-5 years of experience in handling smart or high-performance building projects or a related field.
• Educational background in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental, or City Planning.
• Experience working on energy programs, training, education, and outreach within California is a major plus.
