• Review incoming applications and resumes.
• Email qualified applicants.
• Send rejection notices to unqualified applicants.
• Schedule interviews or forward candidates to the appropriate department.
• Maintain applicant statistics and respond professionally to inquiries.
• Update or remove postings as needed.
• Assist with recruiting support tasks as assigned.
