Job summary

Happy Global Service is seeking a motivated Part-Time Recruiter to support our growing recruiting team. The role focuses on candidate sourcing, outreach, screening, and pipeline management across multiple functions and industries.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. This remote-friendly, part-time opportunity offers hands-on experience in recruiting, headhunting, talent acquisition, and potential transition to a full-time position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping for assigned positions.
• Reach out to potential candidates through LinkedIn, email, phone, and other communication channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls to understand experience, career motivation, compensation expectations, and availability.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements and prepare candidate summaries.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruiting records.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates.
• Support recruiters and account managers on ongoing client searches.
• Assist with recruiting-related research and other projects as needed.

Working Hours: Approximately 15–20 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruiting, HR, sales, business development, consulting, or customer-facing roles is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable conducting candidate outreach and phone calls
• Strong research skills and ability to quickly understand different industries and positions
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Organized and able to manage multiple recruiting pipelines simultaneously
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, or other recruiting platforms is a plus
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is a plus
