Job summary

ProGlobal Marketing LLC in Houston is seeking an experienced part-time recruiter to own the hiring process. You will post vacancies, source candidates, screen applications, and conduct initial interviews while coordinating final interviews with management.

We primarily hire for licensed insurance sales agents, call-center staff, and team leaders. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Qualifications

• Two+ years recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for sales, insurance, call-center, or customer-service roles is a plus.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow through.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage job ads on Indeed and other platforms.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Review résumés and shortlist against requirements.
• Conduct first-round phone or video interviews and role plays.
• Coordinate final interviews with management and present interview notes.
• Follow up with candidates, coordinate offers, start dates and onboarding.
