Greene Resources is seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to join a growing team in Ohio with remote options. The role covers full-cycle recruiting for clients, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing, with travel to local client sites as required.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of recruiting experience, a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, and strong communication and organizational skills. Certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) is preferred; direct hire potential may follow.

• Travel locally to client sites as needed (Dayton, Mason, Cincinnati, Columbus, Toledo).
