Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide telemedicine care in Rhode Island. The clinician must hold PMHNP board certification and a Master's in Nursing with prescriptive authority, and be licensed in the practicing state.

This is a part-time W2/fee-for-service role offering flexible scheduling and ongoing ADHD treatment governance. You will assess and treat clients aged 14+ via telemedicine, prescribe medications as needed, and collaborate on care

Qualifications

Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the practicing state.
Familiarity with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus.
Three years of experience preferred; at least 1 year in psychiatry.
Must be licensed and reside in the state where practicing.
Part-time availability of 15–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Conduct psychiatric assessments and patient evaluations via telemedicine.
Treat patients ages 14 and up and prescribe medications as needed.
Develop and collaborate on comprehensive care plans with clients.
Complete required paperwork and assessment tools per guidelines.
Adhere to Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines and consult with directors as needed.
