Job summary

Thriveworks is hiring Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners in Indiana to provide telemedicine psychiatry services. The role requires an Indiana license, board-certified PMHNP, and prescriptive authority. Expect W2, fee-for-service compensation with 15–20 clinical hours weekly.

Clinicians will assess, diagnose, and treat patients (14+), create care plans, and coordinate with leadership. In-house ADHD clinic training is provided; remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the practicing state
• At least 1 year of psychiatry practice experience is required
• Understanding of AdvancedMD EMR is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine
• Prescribe medications as clinically appropriate to reduce symptoms
• Create and update individualized care plans with clients
• Complete necessary paperwork and assessments per guidelines
• Collaborate with Regional Directors on programs and services
