Thriveworks is hiring Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners in Colorado for telemedicine care. You must be licensed in the state and hold PMHNP board certification, with prescriptive authority.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
• Master’s in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in CO.
• 1 year psychiatry practice required; 3 years experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct psychiatric assessments via telemedicine.
• Prescribe medications as clinically appropriate.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Complete and file all required documentation and assessments.
• Adhere to Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines.
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors on care and services.
