Job summary
Thriveworks is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to deliver telemedicine psychiatric care across a diverse client base. The clinician will assess, diagnose, and treat conditions such as depression, anxiety, and ADHD for adolescents and adults in a flexible, remote setting.
Applicants must hold PMHNP board certification and a Master's in Nursing with prescriptive authority. Experience in psychiatry is preferred, and in-house ADHD treatment standards training is
Qualifications
- Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
- Master’s in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in-state.
- Experience with AdvancedMD EMR is a plus.
- Three years of experience is a plus; 1 year of psychiatry practice required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine.
- Willingness to treat 14+ years old.
- Prescribe medications to reduce mental health symptoms as needed.
- Develop and collaborate on individualized care plans with clients.
- Complete and administer necessary paperwork and assessment tools.
- Follow Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines.
- Consult with Regional Clinic Directors on client programs and services.
