Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in Washington to provide telemedicine-based psychiatric care. This part-time role requires 15-20 hours per week and involves evaluating and treating clients aged 14 and up, with dosing decisions made by the clinician.

Fully remote position with flexible scheduling and extensive support. Candidates should have PMHNP board certification, a Master’s in Nursing with prescriptive authority, and familiarity with AdvancedMD

Qualifications

• Licensed PMHNP with board certification in Washington
• Master's in Nursing with prescriptive authority in WA
• Experience: 1 year psychiatry required; 3 years preferred
• Understanding of AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus
• Part-time availability 15–20 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine
• Willingness to treat clients aged 14+
• Prescribe medications to alleviate mental health symptoms as appropriate
• Create and monitor individualized care plans with clients
• Complete and/or administer relevant paperwork and assessment tools
• Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on clients, programs, and services across sites
