Thriveworks is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide telemedicine psychiatric care in New Hampshire. The clinician will assess and treat adolescents and adults, prescribe medications as needed, and collaborate on comprehensive care plans.

Certification and state licensure are required, with part-time hours (15–20 per week) and ADHD clinic onboarding. Thriveworks emphasizes clinician autonomy and safety in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the practicing state.
• Experience with AdvancedMD EMR is a plus.
• Three years of experience is a plus; 1 year in psychiatry required.
• Must be licensed and live in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine.
• Treat patients aged 14 and up as needed.
• Prescribe medications to manage mental health symptoms.
• Develop and update patient care plans in collaboration with clients.
