Job summary

Bridges Alliance of Johnson County is seeking a part-time Program Manager to lead the Circles program, oversee daily operations, and drive community engagement in Johnson County.

You will coordinate weekly meetings, manage volunteers, and partner with schools, nonprofits, employers, and healthcare providers to expand access to resources and support economic stability for Circle Leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience in nonprofit leadership, program management, or community development.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to build authentic relationships across diverse backgrounds.
• Experience in leading volunteers.
• Residency in or strong connection to Johnson County is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational mission and strategic priorities, with board engagement.
• Oversee Circles Johnson County program and Surviving to Thriving course.
• Coordinate weekly Circles meetings, agendas, volunteers, meals, childcare, and logistics.
• Recruit, train, and support Circle Leaders, Allies, facilitators, and volunteers.
• Develop partnerships with nonprofits, schools, employers, churches, and healthcare providers.
• Support grant writing, donor stewardship, and fundraising initiatives.
