Qualifications

• 3+ years in community outreach, teaching, or facilitation.
• Associate degree preferred; 5+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience creating or supporting a community of 500+ members.
• Strong communication and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Connect For Life program, build trust and promote health.
• Plan and host virtual and in-person events to foster relationships.
• Proactively contact members; conduct home visits and monthly engagement.
• Document interactions in Wider Circle's digital systems.
• Identify natural leaders to serve as Wider Circle Ambassadors.
