Ethos is seeking experienced presentation production managers to train their latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will review, proof, and refine AI-generated outputs before executive or client delivery, ensuring accuracy, formatting, and consistency across core workflows.

This fully remote role offers flexible 5-20 hours per week at $70/hour, with start ASAP and a US-centric scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a QA, editorial, or production role reviewing business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, formatting, and consistency before external delivery.
• Sharp eye for formula errors, broken links, mismatched figures, and formatting drift across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides) deliverables.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and proof business documents, spreadsheets, and slides before external delivery.
• Audit formulas, links, figures, and formatting drift across Word/Excel/PowerPoint or Google equivalents.
• Maintain cross-document consistency and adherence to brand and template standards.
