Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced communications professionals to help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. This role focuses on producing, evaluating, and refining AI‑generated presentations across all‑hands, executive talking points with slides, crisis communication materials, and leadership offsite materials.

Compensation is $70/hour with a flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week, fully remote, start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in communications at a significant company.
• Track record of owning executive-level presentation materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Produce executive talking points with slides, all-hands and town hall decks, crisis communication materials, and leadership offsite materials.
