GPAC is seeking a Part-Time Remote Personal Lines Client Service Agent to join the team and deliver exceptional service to existing personal lines clients. The role emphasizes flexibility, independence, and strong client relationships.

• Experience in Personal Lines insurance or similar client-service roles.

Responsabilidades

• Service and maintain existing Personal Lines accounts.
• Assist clients with policy questions, changes, and service needs.
• Process endorsements, renewals, certificates, and other changes.
• Handle billing and coverage-related questions.
• Assist clients with claims and direct to carrier resources.
• Communicate with carriers on behalf of clients.
• Review policies and make recommendations when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate client records.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Provide timely, professional customer service.
