Momentum Employer Group is seeking a detail-oriented Operations/Payroll Specialist to support payroll administration for multiple clients in a part-time role. You will coordinate payroll, review information for accuracy, resolve routine issues, maintain records, and deliver responsive service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll administration experience.
• Experience with payroll reporting, reconciliations, garnishments, or benefits deductions.
• Proficiency with HRIS, payroll, or timekeeping systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for assigned clients on time.
• Review payroll data for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain employee and payroll information in HRIS and timekeeping systems.
• Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations.
• Support new-hire setup and employee changes.
• Communicate deadlines and issue status to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide backup support for other roles.
