You will process payroll, reconcile timekeeping and deductions, and ensure accuracy across Kronos, UKG, and Ultipro platforms. Qualifications

• Proven payroll processing experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll procedures, compliance, and wage and hour practices.
• Experience calculating overtime, shift differentials, and other complex pay elements.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive payroll information accurately.
• Ability to prioritize work independently and meet strict payroll deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills for researching and correcting payroll discrepancies.
• Experience with timekeeping systems such as Kronos.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees accurately and on time.
• Review and reconcile payroll information including overtime, bonuses, deductions, and pay adjustments.
• Audit timekeeping records and investigate discrepancies in hours and rates.
• Ensure payroll practices meet company policies and wage/hour requirements.
• Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations, audits, and payroll accounting activities.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and supporting documentation.
• Partner with HR and Finance to meet payroll deadlines.
