Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience with hands-on UKG Pro processing.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws across states and employment types.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll for salaried and hourly staff using UKG Pro; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Post timesheets in Deltek Vantagepoint and validate overtime and holidays.
• Maintain payroll records: earnings, deductions, garnishments, adjustments.
• Reconcile payrolls and tax filings; prepare month-end and year-end reports.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance on payroll discrepancies and audits.
