Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls for BJCMG practices.
• Validate demographics, capture financial information in the EHR.
• Assist with scheduling, referrals, insurance questions and forms.
• Escalate to clinical staff when needed and protect patient privacy.
• Communicate professionally with patients and providers during after hours.
