Ibotta, Inc. is seeking a part-time, fully remote coordinator to support cross-departmental workflows within the Ibotta application. You will manage setup components and help identify issues in collaboration with Engineering and Product teams.

The role offers up to 25 hours weekly, with work hours 2pm–7pm MST, Monday through Friday. Nevada residents only. Must be 18+, proficient in G Suite and Excel, and eager to learn internal systems.

Qualifications

• Proficient in G Suite and Microsoft Excel with attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn technical systems and collaborate across teams.
• Strong desire to navigate internal technical systems effectively.

Responsabilités

• Manage setup components in the Ibotta application and communicate cross-departmental feedback.
• Identify, analyze, and help fix technical problems with Engineering and Product teams.
• Identify error trends and implement procedures to reduce operational costs.
