Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a part-time, remote monday.com pro to keep a national healthcare education company's marketing workflow on track while they hire a permanent lead. You’ll run weekly status calls, maintain clean boards, and help about 55 marketers across several brands hit campaign dates.

You’ll set up campaigns in monday.com with SharePoint folders, guide teams on marketing processes, and assist in planning for 2027.

Qualifications

Hands-on monday.com experience managing boards, automations, and workflows day to day.
Experience keeping marketing projects or campaigns on schedule, on an in-house marketing team or in agency traffic or project management.
Strong people skills to motivate busy marketers without it feeling like policing.
Very organized and process-minded.
Able to work Eastern or Central time zone business hours.

Responsibilities

Run weekly status calls with brand teams, flag what’s late, and help clear roadblocks.
Keep monday.com boards and data clean: users, permissions, naming, and overdue follow-ups.
Set up campaigns in monday.com with matching SharePoint folders, and ensure team saves files correctly.
Be the go-to person for questions on marketing process, monday.com, and SharePoint.
Help the team set up its 2027 plans in monday.com.
