Job summary

California Specialty Pharmacy, LLC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing activities and administration. This part-time role (about 20–25 hours weekly) is ideal for someone early in their marketing career eager to learn across a variety of initiatives.

You will maintain project trackers in Monday.com, coordinate events and materials, assist with CRM and lead uploads, and help with website, social media, and email updates. This role supports a fast-paced team remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of marketing, communications, project coordination, administrative, or related experience; internships count.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines at the same time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Dependable follow-through and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Familiarity with Monday.com, Asana, or Smartsheet is a plus.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms, or email/social media tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain marketing project trackers, calendars, task lists, and deadlines in Monday.com.
• Track deliverables, approvals, outstanding items, and next steps for projects.
• Follow up with team members, agencies, and vendors on routine project needs.
• Coordinate updates and revisions to marketing collateral through review and approval processes.
• Support conference, trade show, sponsorship, and event logistics.
• Assist with ordering, tracking, and organizing printed materials and marketing assets.
• Maintain organized digital files, templates, collateral libraries, and resources.
• Support vendor coordination, estimates, purchase requests, invoices, and expense tracking.
• Assist with meeting scheduling, notes, and action items.
• Support CRM and lead-management activities, including list cleanup and event lead uploads.
• Assist with basic website, social media, and email updates.
• Provide administrative and project support for other marketing initiatives.
