Job summary

Neumo is seeking a Part-time Land Records Indexer to work remotely from the United States. The role focuses on indexing and verifying documents for various customer accounts, ensuring on-time processing and high-quality standards.

You will switch between contracts, communicate with a team lead, and may assist on related tasks such as document QC and image tagging. A high school diploma and 2 years indexing land records or similar experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years' experience indexing land records or comparable skillset required.
• Strong ability to use computers and learn new software and interfaces.
• Working knowledge of land records and how to interpret legal documents for indexing.
• Strong written communication and ability to collaborate with a remote team.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and think critically to solve problems.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Basic understanding of digital imaging concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Index or verify documents efficiently and accurately, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Switch between various customer contracts without getting the guidelines mixed up- each customer account is unique.
• Work closely with your team lead or manager to ensure timely execution and completion of assigned tasks, asking questions and seeking guidance as needed.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
