Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track vendor packets, registrations, and procurement documentation.
• Respond to requests for W-9s, tax forms, licenses, and certificates of insurance.
• Maintain records of vendor packets and portal credentials.
• Escalate issues with missing information or non-standard terms.
• Support revenue, procurement, and onboarding documentation for proposals.
