Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking a part-time HR Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support across the People function in a fully remote role. The position emphasizes accuracy, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include handling HR inboxes, coordinating with HR Business Partners, and supporting People programs plus onboarding activities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Human Resources experience.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
• Experience with employment law, benefits, leave and workers compensation.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the People function.
• Provides administrative support for shared HR inboxes.
• Supports HR Business partners and other People team members with administrative requests, documentation, tracking and follow-up.
• Provides administrative coordination support for People programs, initiatives, and special projects under the direction of HR leadership.
• Provides back-up coverage with onboarding new hires.
