Connections Health Solutions is a leading provider of behavioral health crisis care. We are seeking a part-time HR Coordinator to support the People function remotely across 20 hours per week.

The role emphasizes administrative excellence, benefits support, and compliance while coordinating with HR Business Partners. This fully remote position welcomes applicants in many states and offers comprehensive benefits to all employees.

Competenze

• 2 years of Human Resources experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with benefits rules and regulations
• Ability to work professionally with a diverse range of individuals
• The Company has a mandatory vaccination policy.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the People function
• Responds to routine team member questions and requests and directs or escalates more complex matters to appropriate People team member
• Provides administrative support for shared HR inboxes
• Provides timely replies to employment verification requests
• Supports HR Business partners and other People team members with administrative requests, documentation, tracking and follow-up
• Provides administrative coordination support for People programs, initiatives, and special projects under the direction of HR leadership
• Provides back-up coverage with onboarding new hires
• Maintains confidentiality regarding all employee records.
