Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Design Review / Community Standards Coordinator to serve as a liaison between homeowners and the Design Review Board. This part-time, remote position requires one on-site visit per week within the Phoenix metro area and availability during MST business hours.

The role emphasizes enforcing CC&Rs, maintaining high customer service, and guiding homeowners through architectural guidelines and submittal processes.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive customer service attitude.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Experience in HOA operations or customer service is preferred.
• Professional, adaptable with good time management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Greet homeowners and answer questions as needed.
• Answer calls, respond to emails promptly.
• Create, update, and maintain reports as needed.
• Coordinate violation reporting and tracking and follow-up.
• Support Architectural and Community Standards Board as liaison.
• Implement covenant enforcement and review processes.
• Review design review applications and prepare outcomes letters.
• Assist homeowners with Architectural guidelines and submittal process.
• Conduct weekly inspections of residential properties.
• Maintain accurate records of complaints and inspections.
