CCMC is seeking an Architectural Review Coordinator to manage the Architectural Change Application process, prepare meetings for the Founder's Review Committee, and serve as liaison between homeowners and committees. The role supports the Design Review team and ensures compliance with Design Guidelines.
The ideal candidate is motivated, detail‑oriented, and skilled in professional communication, with a background in HOA operations and the ability to multitask across workshops and inspections.

The Architectural Review Coordinator will execute the Architectural Change Application process based on the governing documents and prepare meetings for the Founder's Review Committee. This position will also serve as liaison between homeowners, and Founder's Review Committee and works in conjunction with the Design Review team.

Candidates should also have the ability to maintain good working relationships with Board and Committee members, staff, residents, volunteers and should have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel Spreadsheets and the ability to learn and use VMS and Smartwebs.
If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.
