Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an experienced RFP/Grant Writer for a fully remote, part-time role (15–20 hours/week). You will lead the development of proposals, RFP responses, grant applications, and business development materials for public-sector and governmental clients.

Collaborate with attorneys and senior leadership to craft persuasive content, manage deadlines, and ensure compliant, high-quality submissions across multiple opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proposal, RFP, grant, or professional-writing experience.
• Strong writing, editing, project-management and organizational skills.
• Experience with government/public-sector RFPs is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and write responses to RFPs, RFQs, grant opportunities and government solicitations.
• Partner with attorneys and firm leadership to develop customized, persuasive content.
• Research public-sector opportunities and understand submission requirements, evaluation criteria and deadlines.
• Translate complex legal experience into clear, client-focused messaging.
• Maintain and update proposal templates, bios, and reusable content.
• Coordinate the proposal process from opportunity to final submission.
• Ensure submissions are accurate, polished, compliant, and delivered on time.
