Job summary

Lifeway Christian Resources is seeking an Accountant III – Corporate & Treasury to act as a key financial steward across corporate and global operations. You will own the accuracy of corporate-level financial statements, lead cash flow strategy and treasury management, and provide expert-level GAAP guidance to finance leadership.

This is a high-impact, remote-eligible role with occasional travel to Nashville.

Qualifications

• CPA or CMA certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience, including corporate-level financial analysis.
• Expert-level knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Advanced cash and treasury management skills with liquidity forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash flow to optimize liquidity and treasury operations.
• Review reconciliations of corporate bank accounts for accuracy and internal controls.
• Prepare and review corporate-level monthly financial statements and lead consolidation.
• Provide GAAP guidance to finance leadership on business decisions.
• Lead international reporting, consolidation, and compliance with local regulations.
• Oversee treasury policy development and liquidity forecasting.
• Support process improvements across financial systems (Oracle Fusion, AI tools).
