Job summary

Aaron Services is seeking a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative for a part-time, fully remote position in Georgia. You’ll be the first point of contact, scheduling plumbing, heating, and cooling visits and recording customer details with accuracy.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, enjoy helping customers, and can manage calls, emails, texts, and schedules with a calm, solution-oriented approach. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer contacts by phone, email, and text.
• Schedule plumbing, heating, and cooling appointments in ServiceTitan.
• Gather and record customer, property, and service information.
• Communicate clearly with customers and technicians throughout scheduling.
• Maintain accurate customer records and assist with admin tasks.
