Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum typing speed 30 wpm.
• Experience in a call center preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Some insurance or sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of life/health insurance terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions on coverage, premium, and policy details.
• Compose business letters and communicate effectively.
• Make outbound calls to collect delinquent payments.
• Resell policy benefits and provide strong customer service.
• Record policyholder information for reporting.
• Maintain discretion and tact with customers.
• Work independently and make prudent judgments.
