Responsibilities include outbound calls to collect delinquencies, reselling policy benefits, and maintaining accurate policyholder records. Strong communication and a positive attitude are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) are required.
• Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Insurance and/or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions regarding coverage and premium information.
• Compose business letters and communicate clearly in writing and speech.
• Work independently and exercise good judgement.
• Make outbound calls to collect delinquent premium payments.
• Resell policy benefits and provide excellent customer service.
• Record policyholder information for reporting purposes.
• Maintain professional telephone skills and discretion.
