TLC Plumbing Heating Cooling Electrical in Albuquerque, NM seeks a friendly Part-Time Customer Service Representative to work remotely for New Mexico residents. This role handles calls, scheduling, and customer inquiries during evenings and weekends, with a 16–20 hour weekly schedule.

Training runs 2–4 weeks alongside a full-time CSR, with weekend primary shifts and potential evening shifts. Candidates must reside in NM and have a quiet, professional home workspace.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail when entering work orders and customer information.
• Prior call center experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of scheduling/dispatching software is preferred.

• Organize daily priorities and manage time effectively.
• Willing to take on additional work or projects as assigned.
• Remote work with reliable internet access and professional setup.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with questions, service requests, and scheduling.
• Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and policies.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
• Document customer interactions and update records in company systems.
• Resolve customer concerns or elevate issues as needed.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, technicians, and management.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
• Serve as on-call point of contact for dispatch after 5:00 PM-10:00 PM as assigned.
• Coordinate with field technicians during evening shifts for routing updates and end-of-day communication.
• Monitor dispatch inbox for escalations and time-sensitive issues requiring follow-up.
• Clear after-hours work order queue by reviewing and prioritizing carry-over orders.
