Job summary

Aurify, LLC is seeking an experienced CPA to support its accounting, financial reporting, and tax needs on a part-time, as-needed basis. This role is not a traditional daily accounting position, but a flexible partner who can maintain books and prepare reports as required.

Remote work is allowed from anywhere in the US. The ideal candidate will have an active US CPA license, 5+ years of experience with US businesses and S Corporations, and proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel.

Qualifications

• Active US CPA license is required.
• 5+ years of accounting and tax experience preferred.
• Experience with US businesses, especially S Corporations.
• Strong bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax prep background.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and review bookkeeping and accounting records.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations as needed.
• Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Maintain QuickBooks records and organize financial data.
• Handle federal and state tax preparation and filing.
• Support individual tax preparation when required.
• Assist with year-end accounting and tax-related tasks.
• Provide accounting and tax guidance when questions arise.
