Job summary

New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (NYC Health Department) is seeking a part-time Clerical Associate III to provide clerical support for District Health Centers. The role will require coordination with Facility Manager, report preparation, inspections, and community outreach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State's department of education.
• One year of satisfactory clerical experience.
• Keyboard familiarity with typing at a minimum of 100 keystrokes per minute.

Responsibilities

• Prepare draft daily facility reports for Facility Manager and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Liaise with Facility Manager and assist in facility inspections at Morrisania and Tremont Health Centers.
• Monitor voter registration forms and public distribution; coordinate with custodial team to maintain equipment and supplies.
