Job summary

Sapsol Technologies Inc. is seeking a part-time Business Development Manager – North America to drive growth for IT services and SAP solutions. This remote role targets US/Canada accounts and involves night-shift coordination from India with US business hours.

The successful candidate will manage client relationships, identify upsell opportunities, lead pitches and RFP responses, and align SAP delivery with North American stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in Business Development, Account Management, or Business Management within IT services.
• Direct experience working with North American enterprise clients.
• Background in selling or managing SAP solutions/services and IT/Software consulting.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand relationships with enterprise and mid-market IT/SAP clients in North America.
• Lead sales pitches, proposals (RFPs/RFIs), contract negotiations, and SOWs for IT/SAP services.
• Coordinate delivery alignment between offshore teams and NA client leaders; manage pipeline and revenue metrics.
