Job summary

SAPSOL Technologies is recruiting a motivated Admission Counselor to support enrollments for SAP Training and Project Experience Programs. This consultative educational‑sales role interacts with prospects in North America and other regions, guiding them from consultation to enrollment while clarifying program details and costs.

The position is remote from India with a night shift aligned to Toronto hours; strong English communication, CRM proficiency, and a track record of meeting enrollment

Qualifications

• Diploma or post-secondary qualification; bachelor’s or master’s degree asset.
• 2+ years in educational sales, admissions counseling, or target-driven consultative sales.
• Strong outbound-calling, lead-qualification, relationship-building, objection-handling, follow-up, and closing skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English with ability to explain technical programs clearly.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, email, WhatsApp, and video meetings.
• Strong organization, active listening, time management, professional judgment, and accurate recordkeeping.
• Reliable internet, laptop, headset, quiet workspace, and availability for night shift.

Responsibilities

• Contact leads via Facebook, Instagram, websites, referrals, email campaigns, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Conduct consultation calls to understand candidate SAP module, certification status, work experience, location, work authorization, goals.
• Explain program structure, duration, delivery method, SAP access, project activities, fees, and career-support process.
• Recommend training-only, project-experience, or combined pathways based on readiness and needs.
• Clarify that employment or guaranteed placements are not promised.
• Follow up with candidates, address objections, and guide enrollment steps.
• Maintain accurate notes, lead stages, follow-up dates, outcomes, and enrollment status in CRM.
• Coordinate enrolled candidates with training, project, finance, and program teams for a smooth handoff.
• Meet activity, consultation, follow-up, conversion, and monthly enrollment targets with compliant practices.
