Job summary

Regency ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a remote team delivering compassionate ABA services. The role emphasizes a holistic approach (HAMOC) and collaboration with families, with afternoon availability in a part-time schedule (3:00 PM – 7:00 PM).

The position offers competitive hourly pay, weekly payroll, and a $1,000+ sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Preference given to Georgia-border residents within 50 miles.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification through BACB.
• Maintain CEUs and credentials in good standing.
• Clinical experience working with children and families in ABA settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs via telehealth or in-person based on BACB and insurance standards.
• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports.
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide caregiver training and support using ABA principles.
• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analyses (FA) when clinically appropriate.
• Review and analyze data, monitor progress, and adjust programming as needed.
