Job summary

Regency ABA is seeking a Part-Time BCBA to support clients remotely or in a hybrid setting. The role requires residing in Georgia or within 50 miles of the state border, with competitive hourly pay and a $1,000+ sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

The BCBA will supervise RBTs, perform assessments, develop and update treatment plans, and train caregivers while adhering to BACB and insurance standards. This flexible role emphasizes thoughtful, client-centered ABA practice.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience working with children and families in ABA settings.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• Comfort with data analysis and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs (telehealth or in-person) in accordance with BACB and insurance standards.
• Conduct assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide caregiver training and support rooted in ABA best practices.
• Conduct FBAs and FAs when clinically appropriate.
• Review data, monitor progress, and adjust programming thoughtfully.
