Job summary

Regency ABA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote role with Georgia residency required. The position offers part-time and full-time options, starting pay at $80 per hour based on experience, plus weekly pay and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

The role supports flexible, remote work with comprehensive benefits. You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, train caregivers, and perform FBA/FA when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification with ongoing CEUs.
• Experience with children and families in ABA settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication; data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs via telehealth or in-person per BACB guidelines.
• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports.
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide caregiver training and support using ABA principles.
• Perform FBA and FA when clinically appropriate.
• Review and analyze data, monitor progress, and adjust programming.
