Job summary

Regency ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a REMOTE position with Georgia residency or within 50 miles of the border. The role offers part-time and full-time options, paid weekly, and a $1,000+ sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Pay ranges from $80–$90 per hour, based on experience, with benefits including paid time off, health coverage, and ongoing clinical support.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (BACB) and ongoing CEU maintenance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for caregiver training and collaboration.
• Experience with data collection, analysis, and ABA software.
• Clinical experience with children and families in ABA settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs via telehealth or in-person per BACB standards.
• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports.
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans and PI/IBPs.
• Provide caregiver training and support using ABA principles.
• Perform FBA/FA when clinically appropriate and adjust programming.
