Job summary

Regency ABA seeks a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise RBTs via telehealth or in-person, develop and update treatment plans, and provide caregiver training. Evening hours align with 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM, with remote or hybrid work options and a $1,000+ sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Preference is given to candidates in Georgia or within 50 miles of the border. The role offers weekly pay, paid time off, raises, and ongoing clinical support.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification (BACB).
• CEUs and credentials maintained in good standing.
• Clinical experience with children and families in ABA settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis and ABA software.
• Knowledge of Dr. Greg Hanley's holistic ABA approach is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs via telehealth or in-person based on BACB and insurance standards.
• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports.
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide caregiver training and support using ABA principles.
• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analyses (FA) when clinically appropriate.
• Review and analyze data, monitor progress, and adjust programming as needed.
