Job summary

Regency ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time, afternoon role. The position is fully remote with hours 3:00 PM–7:00 PM; preference given to candidates near the Georgia border.

Compensation is competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and a $1,000+ sign-on bonus. The role includes supervising RBTs, conducting assessments, developing and adjusting ABA treatment plans, caregiver training, and data-driven program optimization.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification (BACB).
• Must maintain CEUs and credentials in good standing.
• Clinical experience working with children and families in ABA settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis and ABA software.
• Knowledge of Dr. Greg Hanley’s methods and a holistic ABA approach is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs via telehealth or in-person based on BACB and insurance standards.
• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports.
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide caregiver training and support using ABA principles.
• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analyses (FA) when clinically appropriate.
• Review and analyze data, monitor progress, and adjust programming as needed.
