Sentara Medical Group is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse for a physician practice in a remote capacity. You will assess patients, triage, assist with exams, administer medications and vaccines, and coordinate care with physicians and staff.

One to two years of ambulatory or clinic nursing is preferred; ADN is required and a BSN is preferred. Current RN license and NCLEX-RN are required. EHR proficiency and population health outreach help shape patient outcomes.

Formación

• ADN required to apply.
• BSN preferred for this role.
• 1–2 years in ambulatory/clinic or medical-surgical nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in applicable state required.
• NCLEX-RN completion is required; AMB-BC cert is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Triage patients in person and by phone to determine urgent needs.
• Assist physicians with examinations and procedures in the clinic.
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as ordered.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up for continuity of care.
• Document care in the EHR and support population health outreach.
